Vocabulary: the list

Here is a copy of the tremendous work of Matsushita Tatsuhiko, who analyzed a huge amount of books and websites to compile a database of the most frequently used words in Japanese. To practice vocabulary:

• ① Download the file.
• ② For each item, find the translation in a dictionary and write it down.
• ③ For each item, create a sample sentence using the word.
